Global Warming and the willingness to reduce greenhouse gas emissions have lead the energy efficiency industry to expand its horizons and utilize energy efficiency as a tool to identify and develop greenhouse gas reduction measures within efficient energy projects. Global MVO Consulting Services. with their Canadian and Brazilian partners, collaborate to identify and develop environmentally sound energy efficient projects in industry, waste water treatment, commercial buildings and government installations. Global MVO Consulting was emerged from Global FACMAN Enterprises Inc. a specialized consulting and project development firm, providing consulting services to the energy performance contracting and facility management industries. From 1991-1994, the firm provided development services to Energy Performance Services (EPS) and Energy Performance Services of North America (EPSNA), the Canadian Department of National Defense (DND), and the Minister of Energy Mines and Resources Canada (EMR), and in the United States, to Brooklyn Gas Company. A business alliances was established with Marbek Resources Consultants, Environmental Interface Ltd., and specialized consultants operating and supporting the energy and environmental performance contracting industry. The company operated continuously since its founding in 1991 through 2007.

Demand Side Energy is a specialized energy consulting firm located in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The firm was founded by Alex Fleming who has guided the growth of the company since inception. Demand Side Energy has provided technical services in Brazil to PROCEL, where DSE undertook a series of waste water treatment plant audits designed to identify operating cost reduction opportunities, to ITAU where DSE delivered a series of case studies and to CEMIG where DSE provided a series of audits on behalf the electric utility.
Fintex Mechanical and Industrial Process:
Fintex Mechanical and Industrial Process is an industrial process based engineering company . Global and Fintex work together in to develop industrial projects whose specific objective is to reduce operating and production costs. Fintex has specific industrial strength in specialized process and thermal applications of which many are applicable to the textile industry.
Premier Tech is headquartered in Rivičre de Loup Quebec, and employees 1500 persons world wide including European Operations. The company founded in the early 1900s is specialized in Waste Water Treatment and currently operates on all major continents. Premier Tech is working with Global to expand operations in Latin America, more particularly in Brazil. (See page 5).
